Telecaller Associate – Collections

About the role

They will be responsible for meeting collection targets for assigned branches and products, while adhering to legal guidelines for both collection agencies and in‑house teams.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve collection targets for the designated branch.
• Meet product‑specific collection goals.
• Ensure legal guidelines are documented and followed across the collection structure.
• Monitor collection agencies and in‑house collectors for compliance with legal requirements.
• Uphold the Code of Conduct throughout collection activities.
• Continuously monitor for fraudulent practices and prevent losses.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a collections role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation ability with a bias for results.
• Relationship and leadership capabilities.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Growth mindset and achievement orientation.
• Willingness to experiment and continuously improve.
