Tele Sales Executive – Insurance Products

About the role

We are seeking energetic, persuasive, and target‑driven Telecallers / Telesales Executives to join our growing team at RenewBuy in Sector 15, Noida. You will be the direct point of contact for potential clients, conducting outbound calls to present motor, health and life insurance products, understand customer requirements, address queries, and drive end‑to‑end sales conversions while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing warm/cold leads to promote and sell motor, health and life insurance policies.
• Consult customers to understand their needs, explain insurance benefits, coverage details and premium structures.
• Consistently achieve daily call volume, talk‑time standards and monthly sales conversion quotas.
• Handle objections and queries professionally to guide customers toward policy purchase.
• Maintain timely follow‑ups with interested prospects to build rapport and ensure smooth policy issuance.
• Accurately log call dispositions, lead status and feedback in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on internal product offerings, insurance guidelines and IRDAI compliance standards.

Required profile

• 0–2 years experience in telesales, outbound sales, BPO or customer service (freshers welcome).
• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
• Fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
• High energy, customer‑focused with polite phone etiquette, active listening and strong objection‑handling ability.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Experience using CRM software or dialer systems.
