Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end IT hiring for a fast‑moving startup environment. You will partner with hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines, and support broader HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own 80% of the full recruitment cycle for technical positions and 20% of HR operational tasks.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical and business requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Facilitate onboarding and ensure smooth joining processes.
• Collaborate with external vendors, consultancies and recruitment partners.
• Support employee engagement activities, internal events and day‑to‑day HR queries.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide timely hiring updates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, startup‑oriented environment.
• Strong communication, coordination and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to take ownership of operational responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
