Technical Business Analyst - Mobile Platform

About the role

The Technical Business Analyst will work within ANZ's Technology division to translate business needs into robust technical solutions for a mobile platform. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, documented, and delivered through Agile and SDLC processes.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for mobile platform initiatives.
• Map current and target processes, identify dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and support backlog grooming.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, project managers, and stakeholders to validate solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow ANZ release and ADF processes.
• Provide feedback, share knowledge, and support team wellbeing.

Required profile

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in the banking domain.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end mobile platform projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or within a Scrum team on low‑ to medium‑complexity components.
