Team Member - Techno Commercial

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Member – Techno Commercial to manage end‑to‑end purchase‑to‑deliver processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth procurement operations and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in SAP/Ariba following approved workflows.
• Coordinate with suppliers for order acknowledgments, amendments, cancellations and extensions.
• Maintain compliance with Delegation of Authority, GST, eWay‑bill and other statutory requirements.
• Support operational reporting, root‑cause analysis and escalation of issues to the Lead – Purchase to Deliver.
• Serve as the first point of contact for vendor queries on PO status, dispatch readiness and payment eligibility.
• Collaborate with business unit procurement, operations and finance teams for clarifications.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives, automation testing and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Drive adherence to SLAs/KPIs and monitor contract and PO compliance.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Commerce or Management.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement operations, purchase order processing or techno‑commercial functions.
• Relevant certifications in Procurement, Techno‑Commercial Operations or Supply Chain are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP MM and Ariba procurement platforms.
• Experience using workflow automation tools for procurement processes.
• Knowledge of GST, eWay‑bill and related statutory compliance.
