Team Member - Security

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Security Team Member to oversee the day‑to‑day safety operations at our site. You will ensure that all security processes, from surveillance to access control, are executed flawlessly while supporting the Site Security Head in crisis response and partner management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the premises using CCTV and record observations in the daily occurrence log.
• Manage the Genetic surveillance system, integrating data from cameras, sensors and automation equipment.
• Oversee the Access Control team, ensuring compliance with SOPs and reporting deviations.
• Issue and deactivate access cards for VIPs, visitors and officials via kiosks and related systems.
• Control business traffic, verifying truck and cargo authorizations using GPS and RFID tagging tools.
• Act as first responder during emergencies, following established crisis plans.
• Partner with the Site Security Head to assess and manage empanelled partners.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to site staff and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
