Security Analyst – Enterprise Security Operations

About the role

Join the Enterprise Security Operations (ESO) team to help protect Google’s global infrastructure. You will work on a variety of security scenarios, conduct assessments, and automate processes to improve the organization’s security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Apply security judgment to approve, deny, or escalate requests based on risk and policy alignment.
• Develop a deep understanding of Google’s internal security frameworks, controls, and policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and business units to provide security guidance and support decision‑making.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of experience analyzing cyber threats.
• Experience in security analysis, security assessment, and risk analysis.
• Preferred: 2 years in security operations or assurance and a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
