Team Member - Installation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Installation Team Member to lead and support the delivery of our products at customer locations. The role involves planning, executing and overseeing installations while ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute installation activities at customer sites.
• Coordinate with suppliers and processing plants to ensure timely material delivery.
• Support and collaborate with authorized service partners for smooth execution.
• Conduct site measurements, pre‑installation surveys and post‑installation services, including corrective actions.
• Perform post‑installation audits, prepare checklists and validate completed sites.
• Manage project validation, issue completion certificates and collect customer testimonials.
• Provide technical input and assist in planning, scheduling and installer management.
• Inspect site progress at various stages to ensure readiness and quality.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Willingness to undertake intensive travel to customer sites.
• Ability to collaborate with civil teams for site readiness.
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and partners.
