The Team Leader Concierge will ensure an excellent and consistent level of service for guests, supporting the smooth operation of the concierge desk within the Rooms Division. This role combines guest‑focused service with team coordination to maintain high standards.

• Contribute to the efficient running of the concierge area, coordinating daily activities.
• Assist in managing and guiding concierge staff to deliver consistent service quality.
• Collaborate with other Rooms Division departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Diploma or qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
