About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our academic team in Bengaluru. The role involves creating a positive, engaging learning environment and supporting student growth across a range of subjects. Ideal candidates are passionate about education, possess strong classroom management skills, and are eager to deliver quality instruction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that align with the curriculum and academic standards.
• Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
• Assess student performance through assignments, tests, projects and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain discipline, safety and respect within the classroom.
• Utilise innovative teaching methods, educational tools and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators and school management for curriculum planning.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behaviour.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, workshops and school events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
• Preferred B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
• 1 to 11 years of teaching experience (freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
