Lecturer – Fitness Courses

About the role

Gold's Gym Institute is seeking a passionate Lecturer to deliver fitness‑related education and mentor students. You will share your expertise in personal training, group fitness, and nutrition while fostering a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, workshops, and practical sessions across fitness disciplines.
• Develop and continuously update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in curriculum development to ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Mentor students on academic and professional matters, supporting projects, internships, and job placements.
• Build and maintain relationships with fitness industry partners, coordinating guest lectures and networking events.
• Participate in faculty meetings, maintain student records, and engage in staff development initiatives.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
• Relevant fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Industry experience is desirable.
