Tax Compliance Analyst – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Compliance Analyst to work remotely on a contract basis. The analyst will support our team by reviewing and interpreting U.S. tax statutes, regulations, and related legal documents.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze U.S. tax statutes, regulations, and legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Interpret complex sections of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Treasury Regulations.
• Provide detailed feedback on legal language, focusing on statutory exceptions and technical accuracy.
• Summarize key provisions of U.S. tax law for analytical and training purposes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate tax insights into AI model improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date awareness of legislative changes in U.S. taxation.

Required profile

• Proficiency with the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Treasury Regulations.
• Exceptional skills in statutory interpretation and legal analysis.
• Professional credential such as CA, CPA, or EA is strongly preferred.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, or analyzing legal or tax‑related documentation.
