Talent Management Partner

About the role

The Talent Management Partner will work closely with senior business leaders to design and implement people‑focused solutions that drive organisational performance. This hands‑on role blends strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution across a wide range of HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, providing thought leadership on people strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop comprehensive people plans that enable lasting business change.
• Partner with cross‑functional subject‑matter experts to design propositions in talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, recognition and rewards.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to surface trends, support succession planning and inform career growth decisions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the talent pool, ensuring a healthy pipeline for critical roles.

Required profile

• Strong HR experience in talent management, employee engagement and retention.
• Ability to operate effectively within constraints and ambiguous environments.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
