Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions on a full‑time work‑from‑home basis. The role requires strong sourcing abilities, excellent coordination skills, and the capacity to deliver a positive candidate experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across functions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking sheets.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Provide interview feedback and offer status updates to candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and hiring targets.
• Utilise headhunting, referrals and other sourcing techniques to meet hiring timelines.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions and work under tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
