Talent Acquisition Intern (Noida)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support Paytm’s recruitment team in Noida. The role offers hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination and recruitment database management, providing a solid foundation in end‑to‑end hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Support offer roll‑out, candidate follow‑ups and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Pursuing or recently completed graduation/MBA (HR specialization preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
