Talent Acquisition HR Executive

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Talent Acquisition HR Executive to drive hiring for our fast‑growing omnichannel retail platform. You will partner closely with the HR Manager to source, evaluate, and onboard talent across store operations, logistics, corporate, and technology functions as we expand our footprint in Jodhpur.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, local networks, employee referrals and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews and assess cultural and technical fit.
• Coordinate multi‑stage interview schedules with hiring managers and founders.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current store roles and future expansion openings.
• Issue offer letters, manage pre‑employment documentation and facilitate background checks.
• Oversee Day‑1 onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
