System Engineer – IT Infrastructure & Security

About the role

iZOOlogic is seeking a full‑time System Engineer to join its on‑site team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for designing, administering, and troubleshooting the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain server and network environments.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support and resolve system incidents.
• Monitor system health, perform regular updates, and apply security patches.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver engineering solutions that meet business requirements.
• Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in systems engineering and systems design.
• Hands‑on experience with troubleshooting and system administration.
• Proficiency in delivering technical support for complex issues.
• Ability to work effectively with teams and deliver on‑site solutions.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and digital risk protection is a plus.
