Style Associate – Retail Jewelry

About the role

The Style Associate is the front‑line representative of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences in a jewelry retail environment. The role combines sales expertise, product knowledge and teamwork to support store performance and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
• Address customer queries, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of product features, benefits and competitive positioning.
• Assist the store in achieving sales targets and stay updated on new collections and promotions.
• Support store operations including deliveries, online order processing, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation standards and assist with theft‑prevention protocols.
• Adapt to varied shift schedules, be punctual and ready to take on additional responsibilities.

Required profile

• Graduate / HSC (freshers) or SSC qualification with up to 2 years retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with quick learning capability.
• Professional grooming and presentation standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
