About the role
The Strategic Account Manager (S3P AM) will own a portfolio of high‑impact seller accounts that generate more than 20% of the category’s revenue. You will build strong relationships with top sellers, champion their needs within Amazon, and drive growth initiatives that align with both seller and Amazon objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned sellers, establishing clear communication channels and managing expectations.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that capture business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Lead improvement projects, including new product launches and operational enhancements, in partnership with business development and onboarding teams.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses of seller performance, produce executive‑level reports, and present data‑driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve the consumer experience and resolve seller issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working with Excel and metrics reporting.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify problems, and communicate actionable insights.
