Stock Executive – Inventory Management (Pan India)

About the role

The Stock Executive will manage inventory across multiple project sites throughout India. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, conducting regular audits, and coordinating material movements with site teams while travelling extensively.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update stock records for all project locations.
• Conduct physical stock verification and periodic audits.
• Track material movement, consumption, and balance stock.
• Prepare and submit timely stock reports to management.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and procurement teams.
• Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward material transactions.
• Travel to project sites across India as required.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (optional).
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory, stores, or stock management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site records.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
