Stewardship Design Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Stewardship Design Reporting Specialist will create, design and maintain high‑quality stewardship, sustainability and regulatory reports, ensuring complex information is communicated clearly and meets all disclosure requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain stewardship, sustainability and regulatory reports that clearly communicate complex information.
• Edit content and create illustrations, graphics and layouts using graphic design software.
• Enable smart PDF features such as navigation links and home buttons.
• Proof‑read text and verify graphs and imagery as part of first‑line quality checks.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts, data and analytics teams, legal and compliance stakeholders to translate technical content into audience‑appropriate communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Communications to ensure alignment with brand standards and visual identity.
• Identify and implement improvements to report usability, accessibility and digital presentation.
• Support the development and enhancement of reporting technology solutions to improve efficiency and governance.
• Maintain a centralized content library of narratives, disclosures, graphics and tables for recurring reports.
• Administer reporting workflows, templates and documentation repositories to ensure efficient production and version control.

Required profile

• Experience in stewardship, sustainability or regulatory reporting design.
• Ability to manage several design projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams including data, legal, marketing and communications.
• Attention to detail for proof‑reading and quality assurance of visual and textual content.
