Staff Nurse – Patient Care & Compliance

About the role

The organization is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to deliver high‑quality patient care while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and physician‑defined standards. The role involves direct interaction with patients, education, and coordination with medical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to patients in accordance with physician orders.
• Deliver patient education both in‑person and via telephone to promote health literacy.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA regulations throughout all nursing activities.
• Assist with positioning and transporting patients on endoscopy stretchers safely.

Required profile

• Current Registered Professional Nurse licensure.
• Valid certifications in CPR, ACLS, and BCLS.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Physical ability to lift and position patients as needed.
