Staff Nurse

About the role

We are seeking dedicated Staff Nurses to join our 30‑bed multispecialty hospital in Betul, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, supporting the nursing team, and handling emergency situations as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to in‑patients across various specialties.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist in emergency response and ensure timely interventions.
• Supervise junior nursing staff and coordinate with doctors and allied health professionals.
• Maintain infection‑control standards and ensure a clean, safe environment.

Required profile

• Graduation in B.Sc Nursing or General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM).
• Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior nursing experience.
• Willingness to work 8‑hour shifts with additional duties during emergencies.
• Any gender.

Required skills

• Clinical nursing competencies, including patient assessment and medication administration.
• Basic knowledge of hospital information systems for record‑keeping.
