Staff Nurse – Full-time Position

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Bangalore. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients across various conditions, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting patients and families in their recovery journey.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history, symptoms, and vital signs of patients.
• Administer medications, treatments, and point‑of‑care tests as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor patient health status.
• Provide bedside care, operate medical equipment, and maintain inventory of supplies.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post‑discharge care.

Required profile

• Graduate with GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing, or MSc Nursing qualification.
• Academic record with first division in 10th, 12th, and nursing degree.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle patient interactions with empathy.

Required skills

• Computer literacy for documentation and record‑keeping.
