Software Developer 2

About the role

SOTI is looking for a Software Developer 2 to design and build scalable applications while working with the latest technologies. You will contribute to medium‑complex modules and collaborate in an Agile Scrum environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop well‑designed, scalable applications across multiple languages and platforms.
• Deliver medium‑complex modules on time, meeting functional, quality and performance requirements.
• Research and understand unfamiliar code bases and handle ambiguous problems.
• Work effectively in an Agile Scrum setting, following best practices and maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Propose innovative solutions and continuously upgrade technical and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• 4–6 years of professional software development experience with both frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP and database concepts.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with pride in ownership and passion for innovation.
• Experience or strong interest in Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
