About the role
We are seeking a Social Media Strategist to develop, execute, and optimise social media strategies for HK Vitals. The role focuses on building brand awareness, driving engagement and delivering measurable ROI across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging channels.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end social media strategies aligned with brand voice, campaigns and product launches.
- Create and maintain engaging content calendars for multiple platforms.
- Launch ROI‑focused campaigns with clear KPIs, including conversions, lead generation and sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creatives, influencer partnerships and campaign concepts.
- Monitor social trends, competitor activity and audience insights to continuously optimise performance.
- Analyse campaign results and produce regular reports with actionable recommendations.
- Manage paid media budgets on social platforms to maximise return on investment.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social touchpoints.
Required profile
- 2‑4+ years of social media management experience in a direct‑to‑consumer brand or digital/creative agency.
- Strong understanding of ROI‑driven campaigns, key performance indicators and analytics.
- Proven expertise in content strategy, community management and influencer marketing.
- Excellent project management, communication and collaboration abilities.
- Creative mindset combined with data‑driven decision making.
