Skilled Technician - Level III

About the role

We are seeking a Skilled Technician – Level III to lead the integration and automation of our manufacturing systems. The role combines hands‑on hardware work with software development to ensure seamless operation of production lines and support our digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, program and maintain PLC, SCADA, and CNC interfaces.
• Develop and implement automation solutions for production lines, including IoT device integration for real‑time monitoring.
• Maintain plant‑level networks (LAN, WAN, industrial Ethernet) and ensure cybersecurity for industrial systems.
• Manage servers, databases, backup systems, and support custom application development for production monitoring.
• Maintain MES and ERP connectivity, troubleshoot software issues in machine controllers, and work with the Ignition platform.
• Collect, analyze and visualize machine performance data, implement predictive maintenance algorithms, and support smart‑factory initiatives.
• Diagnose hardware and software faults in automation equipment, provide technical support for CNC, PLC and robotics, and minimise downtime.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, ensure compliance with IEC and ISO standards, and train operators and technicians on system usage.
