Skilled Plumber – Installation & Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve leaks, blockages, and other plumbing malfunctions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine installation requirements.
• Install and maintain sanitary systems in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct leak detection, pressure testing, and implement effective repair strategies.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on construction projects.
• Provide clear communication to clients regarding issues and solutions.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, functional condition.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent plumbing experience.
• Valid plumbing license as required by local regulations; Journeyman or Master certification preferred.
• Proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing installations.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work independently or within a team.

Required skills

• Pipe fitting and installation techniques for PVC, copper, and steel.
• Knowledge of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
• Leak detection and pressure testing.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Familiarity with plumbing codes and safety regulations.
