Skilled ITI Fitter – CNC Machine Installation & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated ITI‑qualified Fitter to join our service team. You will support the installation, commissioning, preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machine tools and other industrial equipment at customer sites, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, assembly and commissioning of CNC machines and related industrial equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and servicing of machine tools.
• Support breakdown maintenance, diagnose mechanical issues and carry out repairs on‑site.
• Dismantle, inspect, repair and re‑assemble machine components as required.
• Carry out alignment, fitting, adjustment and replacement of machine parts.
• Work alongside service engineers during troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Read and interpret engineering and assembly drawings, technical instructions and measurement data.
• Maintain tools, equipment and measuring instruments in good condition.
• Document service records and report completed work to the manager.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• ITI qualification in Fitter (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in machine maintenance, fitting, assembly or industrial equipment servicing.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machines and manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations for field service assignments.
• Team‑oriented attitude with eagerness to learn.
