Site Supervisor – Luxury Residences & Villas

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the construction and finishing of high‑end residential projects, including luxury villas, boutique homes, farmhouses and bespoke residences. The role requires meticulous oversight of all site activities to ensure premium quality, adherence to design intent and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on luxury residential sites, ensuring work follows approved drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Monitor civil, MEP, landscape and interior works, maintaining high‑quality craftsmanship standards.
• Conduct quality inspections of masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, woodwork, stone installation, painting and premium finishes.
• Prepare and track daily/weekly schedules, coordinate manpower and subcontractor activities, and ensure material availability.
• Maintain site discipline, safety standards, housekeeping, and record daily progress reports.
• Document site measurements, work updates and material logs; report delays, technical issues and progress to management.
• Assist project managers with milestone achievement and support billing verification where required.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.
• 5–10 years of experience in luxury residential construction, preferably with villas, farmhouses or premium interior fit‑outs.
• Strong understanding of high‑end finishes, detailing and residential construction standards.
• Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
• Good coordination, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of site safety practices and quality procedures.
