Site Supervisor

About the role

Revivo Interiors is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to lead interior fit‑out projects on‑site. You will ensure that all construction activities are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site activities for interior fit‑out projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor progress, report updates to management, and manage site resources and inventory.
• Oversee civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and finishing works.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and enforce workplace safety and compliance.
• Resolve site challenges promptly and ensure labor productivity and discipline.
• Verify measurements and collaborate with procurement for material requirements.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and professional standards.
• Manage project handover and snag‑rectification processes.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit‑out or site supervision.
• Strong understanding of interior execution, materials, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
