Modular Installer – On-site (Patna)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Modular Installer to join our team in Patna. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will assemble, install and maintain modular interior design components for residential and commercial projects, ensuring high‑quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints and technical schematics.
• Assemble and install modular furniture and interior units on site.
• Ensure precise alignment, measurements and adherence to construction specifications.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and perform on‑site adjustments.
• Interact with clients to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
• Maintain compliance with workplace safety standards throughout the installation process.

Required profile

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools for assembly and installation.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of material measurements, alignment techniques and construction specifications.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset for on‑site challenges.
• Familiarity with safety protocols; previous modular installation experience is a plus.
• High school diploma, vocational training or equivalent preferred.
