About the role

Dotand is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor Interiors to lead on‑site execution of interior fit‑out projects in Chennai. This full‑time position involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure designs are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at interior project sites.
• Manage on‑site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Interpret and verify architectural and design drawings against on‑site work.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Report progress, challenges, and milestones to senior management.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in interior fit‑out supervision.
• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability is required.
