Site Incharge - Operations

About the role

The Site Incharge - Operations will oversee daily operations, maintenance, and management of an assigned data centre site. The role ensures efficient functioning, safety compliance, and alignment with organisational goals while optimizing resources and leading the operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and maintenance to ensure smooth functioning.
• Assist in preparing site budgets and track operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and update operational policies and procedures.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to maximise productivity.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, procurement, and logistics to meet site requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics such as PUE, KPIs, and generate operational reports.
• Identify improvement areas, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Experience overseeing daily operations and maintenance of a site.
• Ability to manage budgets and track operational costs.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance procedures.
• Strong coordination skills across multiple departments.
