Site Facilities Manager – Bengaluru Campus

About the role

eBay’s Global Facilities Operations team is looking for a Site Facilities Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations at the Bengaluru (ETV) campus. You will ensure a safe, compliant, and high‑quality workplace environment, acting as the primary on‑site point of contact for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily facilities services, maintaining safety, compliance, and quality standards.
• Serve as the main on‑site liaison for employee requests, providing empathetic, customer‑focused support.
• Manage vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and service standards.
• Support workplace changes such as moves, adds, and changes while minimizing business disruption.
• Maintain accurate operational records, including service tickets, vendor contracts, and asset inventories.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and enhance employee experience.
• Assist with site‑level incident response and business continuity planning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in facilities, workplace services, or property operations within a corporate or campus setting.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with a focus on supporting employees.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in English; local language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the Bengaluru facility.
