Site Coordinator – Residential & Boutique Commercial Projects

About the role

GreenLine Station is looking for a Site Coordinator to oversee daily execution on residential and boutique commercial interior projects. You will be the on‑site point of contact, ensuring that design intent is accurately translated into built work while maintaining high standards of quality and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work follows drawings and specifications.
• Interpret and communicate architectural and interior working drawings to vendors, contractors, and on‑site teams.
• Coordinate between designers, architects, vendors, contractors, and clients to keep progress moving.
• Track progress against the project schedule, flag delays early, and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct quality checks at each stage—civil, joinery, finishes, installations—and address deviations promptly.
• Maintain daily site reports with photos, progress notes, and pending‑item lists for the studio.
• Resolve on‑site issues such as measurement mismatches, material problems, vendor conflicts, and sequencing decisions.
• Assist designers with material approvals, sample checks, and installation supervision.

Required profile

• Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design (preferred).
• 1–2 years of on‑site supervision experience on interior fit‑out or architectural projects.
• Fluent in reading architectural and interior working drawings.
• Strong knowledge of civil work, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing trades as applied to interiors.
• Fluency in Tamil and working English; Hindi is a plus.
• Own a two‑wheeler and willing to travel across sites in and around Chennai.
