Services Associate – Spanish Engagement Financial Advisor (Hyderabad)

About the role

The Services Associate – Spanish Engagement Financial Advisor will support Deloitte's Engagement Financial Advisor team in Hyderabad. You will work closely with project leadership to manage revenue, margins and overall profitability while ensuring compliance with client policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project leaders in budgeting, forecasting, cost variance analysis and billing.
• Monitor project performance, develop KPIs and communicate status to finance and other stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with client policies and internal financial controls.
• Collaborate with other EFAs across the practice, including teams in the USA.
• Provide realistic cost estimates using advanced financial and forecasting techniques.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent Spanish (reading, writing and speaking).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Management.
• Strong understanding of fundamental accounting and finance principles.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
