SEO Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Team Lead with 2‑6 years of hands‑on experience to drive organic growth and improve search visibility for our digital properties. The role combines technical SEO, content strategy, and performance analysis to increase inbound traffic and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and comprehensive SEO audits.
• Optimize website pages, blogs and landing pages for higher rankings.
• Implement on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO initiatives, including meta tags, schema markup, redirects and internal linking.
• Improve site indexing, crawlability and Core Web Vitals.
• Build high‑quality backlinks and manage link‑building campaigns.
• Track rankings, traffic and performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Collaborate with content, design and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Google algorithm changes and industry trends.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in agency, startup, SaaS or product‑based environments.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and website structures.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to produce clear reports.
