Senior Talent Specialist – US Staffing (Night Shift)

About the role

Collabera is seeking a Senior Talent Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for US‑based clients while operating on a night shift from India. You will act as a brand ambassador, managing the full hiring lifecycle and mentoring junior recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment cycle for technical and non‑technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and social networking.
• Screen candidates, assess fit against job requirements, and present qualified talent to hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure data integrity.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, peers, and candidates.
• Coach and mentor junior team members on best recruitment practices.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to shift priorities quickly and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret job descriptions and client needs.
