Human Resource Business Partner – HR Operations & Talent Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to lead HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives in our Vadodara office. The role works closely with functional leaders to drive strategic HR solutions that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date HR policies and ensure they remain competitive.
• Lead HRIS data management, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to functional leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.
• Provide data‑driven insights to improve engagement, performance, and retention.
• Partner with managers to identify skill gaps, design training programs, and manage succession planning.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee well‑being initiatives.
• Prepare HR analytics and reports using advanced Excel techniques.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and support internal audits and investigations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations and as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
