Senior Talent Partner (Embedded)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join our embedded model in India, working directly within a fast‑scaling, innovative client. You will lead the end‑to‑end hiring strategy, acting as an internal recruitment champion while leveraging data‑driven insights and modern technology.

Key responsibilities

• Work fully embedded with the client as their internal Talent Partner.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple departments, from strategy formulation to delivery.
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing consultative advice.
• Use data and analytics to guide decisions and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
• Champion the use of modern tools, platforms and AI to enhance sourcing and hiring performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, handling both generalist and technical roles.
• Consultative approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset focused on long‑term talent needs.
• Proven experience sourcing in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments.
• Passion for technology, innovation and the evolving world of work.
• Adaptable, proactive and able to make impactful decisions independently.
