Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruitment & Employer Branding

About the role

Codebase is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end‑to‑end hiring for both technology and non‑technology positions. You will actively source candidates, manage the interview process, and promote the Codebase brand within Pune’s tech community.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruitment for engineering roles such as MERN, React Native, QA Automation.NET and Python, including sourcing, screening and coordinating interview panels.
• Recruitment for Marketing and Business Development positions, evaluating candidates on quota history, pipeline ownership and market understanding.
• Represent Codebase at developer meetups, tech conferences and community events; plan and run Codebase‑hosted meetups to build a talent pipeline.
• Maintain a live recruitment dashboard tracking pipeline stages and drop‑off reasons.
• Contribute to the careers brand through job posts, LinkedIn presence and candidate experience improvements.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, with at least 2 years hiring for IT/software engineering roles.
• Hands‑on experience hiring MERN stack engineers and at least one additional technology area (React Native, QA Automation.NET, Python, or Data).
• Proven experience recruiting non‑tech roles in Marketing or Business Development/Sales.
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search on Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter and niche tech communities.
• Comfortable attending and organizing tech meetups; based in Pune or willing to relocate.
