Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Global Talent Attraction (MENA)

About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist within EY's Global Talent Attraction team, you will drive sourcing and engagement of high‑calibre talent across the Middle East and North Africa. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers and business leaders to build pipelines for experienced and specialist positions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers across MENA to design and execute sourcing strategies for priority hires.
• Identify, engage and assess talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals and talent communities.
• Conduct detailed candidate screenings, evaluating skills, experience, motivations and role fit.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across EY service lines.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insights and hiring recommendations as a Talent Advisor.
• Leverage sourcing tools, ATS platforms, social media and professional networks to locate talent in diverse markets.
• Collaborate throughout the hiring lifecycle to ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Execute talent‑mapping projects for strategic and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Support DEI initiatives by proactively sourcing diverse talent pools.
• Share best practices, market insights and industry trends with the team.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in recruiting systems and meet operational metrics.

Required profile

• Strong experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to influence and consult stakeholders using data‑driven insights.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple geographies and service lines is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
