Senior Specialist, Product Management

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Product Management will lead the commercialisation and sales expansion of Operational Reports across one of Mastercard's global regions. The role focuses on driving product adoption, uncovering customer pain points, supporting sales enablement, and shaping go‑to‑market strategies in close partnership with regional ACS teams and the Global Product Management organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with ACS teams to support product commercialisation and boost customer engagement.
• Identify short‑term and long‑term whitespace opportunities and new use cases based on market trends and feedback.
• Support internal and external partnership initiatives to accelerate go‑to‑market efforts.
• Contribute to pricing strategy discussions and quantify product value for customers.
• Monitor product adoption metrics and drive initiatives to improve usage.
• Develop KPIs and tools to track commercialisation success.
• Create region‑specific commercial constructs and sales training materials.
• Produce customer value narratives, case studies, and sales enablement content.

Required profile

• 2+ years of product management experience with a focus on go‑to‑market, pricing, and commercialisation.
• Experience in technology or data‑driven solutions; payments or financial services background preferred.
• Strong customer orientation, commercial acumen, and analytical mindset.
• Ability to support strategic product initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
