Senior SEO Executive – Healthcare Digital Growth

About the role

Healthus.ai is looking for a Senior SEO Executive who understands that search is no longer limited to Google rankings. The role focuses on building organic visibility across traditional search engines, AI‑powered search and answer engines for healthcare brands, hospitals, clinics and doctors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end SEO strategies for healthcare brands, including keyword research, competitor analysis and search opportunity mapping.
• Manage on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO, as well as structured data, schema, internal linking, crawlability, indexing and site architecture.
• Build and implement strategies for Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to improve visibility on AI platforms such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Implement Search Experience Optimisation (SXO) to enhance user engagement, conversion and journey flows.
• Develop topical authority through content clusters and entity‑led SEO strategies.
• Identify technical SEO issues, coordinate with development teams for fixes, and monitor organic traffic, rankings, conversions and overall search visibility.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, SXO, technical SEO, local SEO and Google Business Profile.
• Deep understanding of schema markup, Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
• Familiarity with E‑E‑A‑T and YMYL considerations, especially in the healthcare sector.
• Experience with AI‑search‑friendly content architecture, Core Web Vitals, search intent optimisation and multi‑location SEO.
