Senior Retail Associate – Store Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Retail Associate to lead our new Nike store in Murthal. In this role you will deliver a premium consumer experience, strengthen the bond between customers and the Nike brand, and ensure smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, using sales techniques and product knowledge to match customers with the right products.
• Perform all associate duties across store departments, handling complex transactions and customer service situations.
• Support functions such as shipping and receiving, cashier duties, and sales.
• Assist managers with onboarding, training, and loss‑prevention initiatives.
• Serve as a keyholder and coordinate associate activities when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of retail experience.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for long periods.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
