Senior Research Manager – Quantitative Primary Research & Innovation

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors Research Center (ARC) is seeking a senior professional to lead quantitative primary research initiatives for its Global Facilities India (GFI) team. The role combines methodological expertise with storytelling to deliver high‑impact insights that shape client strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end quantitative research workstreams across global and regional studies, ensuring methodological rigor and timely delivery.
• Own data analysis, insight generation, and client‑ready reporting, translating complex findings into clear narratives, visuals, and actionable recommendations.
• Guide fieldwork execution, sample management, quality controls, and data readiness in partnership with panel, scripting, and data‑processing teams.
• Develop high‑quality reporting outputs, including presentations, dashboards, and visualization frameworks to improve consistency and impact.
• Stay current with market‑research trends, AI advancements, and emerging tools, applying innovative approaches to real projects.

Required profile

• Proven ownership of quantitative research delivery from design through reporting.
• Strong methodological grounding with the ability to tell compelling data‑driven stories.
• Comfortable experimenting with new approaches and translating them into practical applications.
• Senior‑level experience in primary market research, preferably within a consulting or advisory environment.
