Senior Project Manager – Delivery Project Executive

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Project Executive to lead end‑to‑end programme governance for HCL Software’s Autonomous AI Agent solutions. You will own multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Define milestones, track progress, validate deliverables and hold teams accountable.
• Act as the senior point of contact for client and partner stakeholders, translating technical updates into business narratives.
• Identify risks early, manage escalations and lead crisis resolution with decisive action.
• Drive alignment across engineering, architecture, sales and client success teams.
• Continuously improve delivery frameworks, tools and team rituals to accelerate outcomes.

Required profile

• 12+ years of progressive experience in IT delivery, programme management and senior leadership.
• Master’s degree in Business, IT or related field (MBA preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2 or ITIL Master‑level certification.
• Proven record of delivering complex, multi‑workstream technology programmes on time and within scope.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and crisis communication skills.
• High‑level fluency with cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, cybersecurity and SDLC.
