Senior Product Development Lead – Bharat BillPay

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Development Lead to drive innovative bill‑payment solutions within the Bharat BillPay ecosystem. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and external market players to design, build, and launch products that have a nationwide impact.

Key responsibilities

• Gain deep insight into customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate ideas to grow market share and improve satisfaction.
• Lead product and business‑planning processes across cross‑functional teams.
• Own the full product lifecycle: ideation, research, market analysis, competitive assessment, planning, positioning, roadmap creation, requirement definition, and launch.
• Assess competitor offerings to uncover differentiation opportunities.
• Analyze data to extract meaningful customer and business insights.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure rapid time‑to‑market and optimal resource utilization.

Required profile

• B.E/B.Tech degree with a professional qualification such as an MBA or equivalent.
• Ability to leverage AI capabilities and AI‑driven insights for product decisions and process optimisation.
• Proven experience developing product and marketing strategies and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
• Outstanding program management skills, including communication, planning, execution, and the ability to drive opportunities to completion.
• Strong aptitude for roadmap execution, making trade‑offs, coordinating dependencies, and maintaining clear communication across the organisation.
