Senior IT Network & CCTV Support Engineer

About the role

The Senior IT Network & CCTV Support Engineer will manage and support the site’s network infrastructure and surveillance systems across manufacturing and project locations. The role ensures secure, reliable, and uninterrupted operations while providing basic end‑user IT support in line with KP Group policies.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi‑Fi networks, including switches, routers, access points, firewalls, and structured cabling.
• Monitor network health, manage IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and basic routing; coordinate with Head Office IT for advanced configurations.
• Work with ISPs for internet link installation, uptime monitoring, fault resolution, and SLA tracking.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP/Analog cameras, NVR/DVR), perform storage health checks, and ensure camera uptime for security compliance.
• Provide Level‑1/Level‑2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, Windows OS, MS Office, email, antivirus, VPN, and related peripherals.
• Act as the single point of contact for network, CCTV, ISP, and hardware vendors; support multiple site expansions and relocations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network devices, CCTV layouts, asset records, vendor AMCs, and service tickets; ensure compliance with IT and security policies.

Required profile

• Senior‑level IT professional with proven experience in network infrastructure and CCTV surveillance support.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents quickly.
• Strong attention to documentation, asset management, and policy compliance.
